Halle Berry spills her wedding plans!
We were delighted when gorgeous power-couple Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez announced their engagement last Christmas, and now the time has come for Halle to start planning the big event!
Halle, who rose to fame in Monster’s Ball and Die Another Day, talked about the couple’s marriage plans for the new issue of InStyle magazine, “I do know it will be very small. I haven’t been to many weddings, but I went to one this weekend with 250 guests. I thought, Wow- so this is a wedding, huh? I’ve never had that, nor have I wanted that. I wasn’t even trying to catch the bouquet!”
She added, “It’s another one of those never-say-never things. I’m a hopeless romantic, and I won’t stop till I get it right!” She’s not got all the plans down on paper quite yet though, as she explains, “I’m not sure where I am going to be living in the next few months, so I have to get that settled first.”
Halle’s totally smitten with the gorgeous actor- she spills, “There wasn’t the initial ‘I’m in love!’ It was something that grew more gradually- and it feels more real because of that.” The beautiful 46-year-old went on to say of Olivier, “He’s silly, a clown, and very much the life of the party, which is good for someone like me.”
In addition to her marital mentions she took a minute to pass on some fashion advice, “Don’t be a slave to trends. I have friends who are tragic- always trying to wear the latest thing, and it doesn’t always look good on them.” Noted, Halle!
