Olympians Keri-Anne and David prepare for their big day!

Beijing silver medallist Keri-Anne Payne is excitedly planning the end of the Olympics – and the start of married life! Between competing in the 2012 games and putting the finishing touches on her upcoming big day she’s a busy woman. Keri-Anne has been engaged to Olympic swimmer David Carry for a “couple of years” as the loved-up pair have both been hectically training.

The big date is set for September 15th, which Keri-Anne has been planning in between training trips. “I enjoy organising things,” she said, “I’ve already got the dress and a ring. I’ve had a lot of support from my family and from David’s family as well.” Friend Carry, who’s in the 400m freestyle joked “Keri-Anne always needs a project before a big competition. What better project than a wedding?”

Her number one bridesmaid and hen party planner will be fellow Olympian and British golden girl Rebecca Adlington. Rebecca was out in London a few nights ago at some of London’s most popular nightspots – leaving us wondering if she’ll be organising a hen party in London for bezzie Keri-Anne! London gets a gold medal from us! It’s currently the most popular choice for hen parties offering a fantastic range of amazing activities including cocktail mixing and pole dancing lessons as well as a nightlife full of excitement – including male strip shows, the boogie bus and top VIP nightclubbing.

We wish Keri-Anne all the best for her upcoming hen party and wedding! We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any hen party tales that come our way, so watch this space!
