The summer is fast approaching and the sound of wedding bells will be heard all across the land. As well as weddings, engagements are also being announced just as often. The biggest engagements news hitting all the newspapers at the moment is between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The happy couple have finally got engaged after they got close during the film, Mr and Mrs Smith. It’s thought that the couple will get married in the grounds of their South of France home which they have spent time renovating.

Shane Warne proposed during a meal at St Andrews Golf Club in Scotland. It wasn’t a private affair as it was during a VIP evening at the home of golf.
