Bodyboarding in Newquay

It's definitely not your average hen party activity but our Newquay hen party bodyboarding experience is a fantastic chance to live the beach babe lifestyle and have a go at a totally fantastic extreme sport.

Well, when we say extreme sport, it is actually the most relaxed of all the extreme sports we've tried (and at GoHen we've tried lots!). Bodyboarding is just like surfing, but with bodyboarding, you lay your upper body on a shortened board (hence the 'bodyboard' moniker) using your body and legs to steer you across the waves and through water. So essentially it's surfing for people who can't be bothered to stand up!

Ok, so we're joking a little but it is one of the great joys, while surfing does require a great sense of balance and certain conditions, with our Newquay hen party bodyboarding it really is so much easier to pick up that within 10 minutes even the most novice and sports phobic of hens will soon be riding along on the crest of a wave.

Is it safe?
Very, you'll be kitted out well and our instructors will be with you throughout the session that takes place in an area patrolled by lifeguards that is well away from the surfing areas. Plus our instructors are of the highest calibre including former European Number 1 and British Team Bodyboarding coach.

What do I need?
A sense of adventure, swimsuit and a towel. We'll take care of the rest.

Will I end the day talking like a complete surfer chick?
