We’ve all seen him on the TV, creating lovely jubbly pukka food, but now it’s your chance to shine and learn from the best, at one of his very own specially designed cookery class venues! Guided by our expert professional chef, you and the girls are sure to have fun, while you create your very own masterpiece! Whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned pro, you can come here to ask questions, learn new skills, get inspiration and try some really fantastic food!

what's included	all necessary equipment is provided, including utensils and food. All you need to do is turn up with a smile and some enthusiasm!
clothing	whatever you fancy! Comfortable clothing is ideal and you will all be provided with an apron!
format	meet at our cooking venue in Brighton, where you will be greeted by our professional chef. You will start the day off with a glass of Prosecco and some antipasti. After a quick introduction you will throw on your aprons and get stuck into your chosen lesson. You will be guided through the day and once you have added your finishing touches, you and the girls will sit down together to eat the fantastic food you’ve just made! We will lay out salad for you to have with your gourmet dishes, and you will also receive a lovely dessert for a sweet finish!
