Let yourselves go and indulge in everyone's guilty pleasure - chocolate! This increasingly popular activity will take you through the skills required to make delicious Belgian chocolates. You will start this delicious session by learning about the history of chocolate by our experienced chocolatier. They will then guide you through the art of making delicious Belgian truffles by hand, using raw chocolate ingredients. You will decorate your creations as well as learning how to temper chocolate. You will then package your hand made truffles, ready to take home to enjoy later!

what you'd be doing

Arrive at the chocolate making class where you will receive a briefing and introduction to the activity. You will then be shown how to create your special treats and create your own. Finally, the best part, you'll taste and take home your creations!
