special needs: please inform us of any special needs you have in advance, eg wheelchair access, allergies, diet etc
hotel details: we get these to you well in advance of the weekend
hotel check-in: 4pm onwards
hen weekend check in: GoHen® groups just need to identify themselves on arrival and advance check-in follows. Accommodation will already be covered but the usual practice of credit card swiping will be required on arrival to cover any additional expenses during your stay
